学生作文,教师批改;天经地义,约定俗成。每次作文一收上来,往桌面一摆,教师常常觉得,它们像一座大山,于是教师便每天挖山不止。往往少则两三天多则要花一个星期才能把那座大山搬走。可最遗憾的是,学生对教师不辞辛劳的移山行为无动于衷。在本学期的语文科组教研课上,全体语文教师着重研究了作文批改这一问题,一致认为应该让学生主动参与到评改作文的活动中,在评改中学会修改、发展、提高。本学期我主要采用了作文互改法,将批改的权力最大限度地下放给学生,使学生成为批改作文的主人,变被动为主动,调动了学生的积极性,激发了学生的学习动力。
Student composition, teacher approval; justified, agreed. Every time the compositions are collected, they are poised to go to the desktop. Teachers often think that they are like a big mountain, so teachers dig up the mountain every day. Often as little as two or three days often take a week to move the mountain. But most regrettable is that the students indifferent to the teacher's hard work of moving mountains. In this semester of language teaching and research class, all the language teachers focused on the issue of essay correction, agreed that students should take the initiative to participate in the activities of the essay review, the middle school review will modify, develop and improve. This semester I mainly use the composition of mutual change of laws, the maximum power of approval of decentralization to students, so that students become the masters of criticism of essay, change from passive to active mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and stimulate their motivation to learn.
