工业锅炉的主要动态特性包括非线性、非最小相位特征、不稳定性、时滞和负荷干扰,采用传统控制方法难以实施有效控制。本文在研究燃煤锅炉控制特点的基础上提出了一种锅炉燃烧自适应模糊-PI串级控制系统及在VisualC++6.0中设计自适应模糊控制器的方法并将其加入组态环境MCGS。该虚拟智能设备在实际工程中投入应用,结果表明该控制系统比传统的PI串级控制系统具有更好的品质,控制效果较好。
The main dynamic characteristics of industrial boilers include non-linear, non-minimum phase characteristics, instabilities, skew and load disturbances, which are difficult to implement with traditional control methods. Based on the research of coal boiler control features, this paper presents a boiler combustion adaptive fuzzy-PI cascade control system and the method of designing adaptive fuzzy controller in Visual C ++ 6.0 and adds it to the MCGS. The virtual intelligent equipment put into practical application, the results show that the control system than the traditional PI cascade control system has better quality, better control.
