在过去一段时间内,依靠网路资源和专业经营优势,邮政速递物流业务的发展取得了一定的成绩。但是,随着专业规模的扩大和分业经营体制的不断深化,一些新的问题和挑战也同时出现——效益为先的发展理念亟须在广大员工中不断强化;加快改变粗放型管理方式迫在眉睫;人力资源管理不能适应专业发展需求;信息技术和设备的有效使用率不高等。
In the past period of time, relying on network resources and professional management advantages, the development of the postal express logistics business has made some achievements. However, with the expansion of the professional scale and the continuous deepening of the separation management system, some new problems and challenges have emerged simultaneously. The concept of development with efficiency as the first priority urgently needs to be constantly strengthened among the general staff. It is imminent to speed up the change of extensive management methods ; Human resource management can not meet the needs of professional development; the effective utilization rate of information technology and equipment is not high.
