在市场经济条件下,销售人员早已成为一个阶层,在全社会中,队伍庞大。在眼镜行业,他们是一庞大人群,但是他们的生存状况却很少被作为一个重要议题加以关注。各种峰会、论坛品类众多,却几乎没见过哪一次是专门为业务员举办的。各公司也是自己管好自己的业务员,几乎没有为业务员的事情做一些纵向疏导和横向协调。
In a market economy, salespeople have already become a class, in the whole society, a huge contingent. In the optical industry, they are a huge crowd, but their survival is seldom seen as an important issue. A variety of summits, forums, a large number of categories, but almost never seen which one was held specifically for the salesman. Companies are also their own salesman, almost no clerk to do something to ease and horizontal coordination.
