1 概况1.1 项目概况本方案设计根据1999年4月滨州河务局提出的建立水位监测自动化系统的要求,由黄河防汛抢险技术研究所协同滨州地区黄河河务局合作开发而成。该方案包括超声波水位计和水压式水位计两个子方案,于1999年6月提出初步设计。为在汛期检验系统性能,并比较两种方案的优劣,6月底进行仪器的现场安装与调试,地点选在道旭河务段。滨州河务局有关
1 OVERVIEW 1.1 Project Overview According to the requirements of establishing an automatic water level monitoring system proposed by the Binzhou Bureau of Water Resources in April 1999, the project was designed and developed by the Yellow River Flood Control and Emergency Research Institute in collaboration with the Yellow River Basin Bureau of Binzhou. The program includes two sub-programs: ultrasonic water level gauge and hydraulic pressure water level gauge. In June 1999, preliminary design was proposed. To test the system performance in flood season, and compare the pros and cons of two programs, the end of June on-site installation and commissioning of the instrument, the location selected in the Dao Asahi River section.
