一 1986年,国家教委把中小学劳动劳技教育列为必修课,强调加强中小学劳动劳技教育的重要性,要求各地努力改变中小学劳动劳技教育薄弱状况,开创能适应新形势需要的劳动劳技教育工作新局面。我委根据国家教委的要求,在提高认识、调查研究的基础上,提出宁波市中小学劳动劳技教育工作的总体目标:1991年,城区要建立起设备齐全,有专管教师,能接受一片学校上劳技课的劳技教育中心。到1992年,使全市中小学生,都能接受劳动劳技教育,25%的学生通过选修课受到专业技术培训,使学生的劳动观念、劳动习惯、基本劳动知识和技能有明显的增强和提高。
