目的:了解低分子肝素(LMWHs)在治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效、抗凝纤溶功能及对血脂的作用。方法:102例急性脑梗塞病人随机分组,对照组42例;治疗I组15例,用LMWHs0.4ml(4100IAXaIU)皮下注射,每天1次,连续10天;治疗11组45例,用LMWHs0.4ml皮下注射,每天2次,连续10天。结果:Ⅱ组治疗后,纤维蛋白原(Fg)降低(-0.691.97,P<0.001),凝血酶原时间(PT)延长(2.858.90,P<0.001),血小板粘附率降低(-3.91520.54,P<0.001),而对血脂无影响(P>0.05),临床疗效明显(u=2.17,P<0.05);I组对上述各项指标均无改善(P>0.05)。结论:LMWHs具有抗凝溶栓作用,较大剂量,对治疗脑梗塞疗效较好。
Objective: To understand the therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWHs) on acute cerebral infarction, the anticoagulation and fibrinolytic function and its effect on blood lipids. Methods: A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group (n = 42), treatment group I (n = 15) and subcutaneous injection with LMWHs 0.4ml (4100IAXaIU) once daily for 10 days. Subcutaneous injection, 2 times a day for 10 days. Results: After treatment, the fibrinogen (Fg) decreased (P <0.001) and the prothrombin time (PT) increased in group Ⅱ (2.858.90, P <0.001) , Platelet adhesion rate decreased (-3.91520.54, P <0.001), but had no effect on blood lipids (P> 0.05). The clinical effect was obvious (u = 2.17, ; Group I did not improve the above indicators (P> 0.05). Conclusion: LMWHs have the anticoagulant and thrombolytic effect, and the higher dose is better for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
