1980～1997年我院共收治肾外伤110例,其中严重肾损伤37例,占33.6%,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:37例中男28例,女9例,年龄15～65岁。车祸伤18例,高空坠落10例,平地跌伤4例,船弦挤压伤2例,刀刺枪弹伤3例。合并其它脏器损伤15例,其中肝脾破裂6例,肠断裂、肠系膜血肿5例
From 1980 to 1997, our hospital received a total of 110 cases of renal trauma, of which 37 cases of severe renal injury, accounting for 33.6%, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 37 cases of male 28 cases, 9 females, aged 15 to 65 years. Car accident injury in 18 cases, 10 cases of altitude fall, fell to the ground in 4 cases, ship crush injury in 2 cases, knife spear wound in 3 cases. Combined with other organ injury in 15 cases, including liver and spleen rupture in 6 cases, intestinal rupture, mesenteric hematoma in 5 cases
