企业文化作为贯穿于企业整个经营管理过程中的属性,对企业战略目标的制定以及企业发展目标的实现都具有重要的影响作用。近些年来,我国市场经济发展快速,经济已经进入了一个逐渐转型的新时期。为了提高自身的竞争能力,企业必须要不断构建更高水准的企业文化。在本文中,笔者从竞争价值观的角度分析了企业文化,并就在经济发展的新时期内应如何构建企业文化提出了几点建议。
As a property that runs through the whole management process of an enterprise, it has an important influence on the formulation of the enterprise’s strategic objectives and the realization of the enterprise’s development goals. In recent years, the market economy in our country has been developing rapidly and the economy has entered a new period of gradual transformation. In order to improve their own competitiveness, companies must continue to build a higher standard of corporate culture. In this paper, the author analyzes the corporate culture from the perspective of competitive values and puts forward some suggestions on how to build corporate culture in the new period of economic development.
