在竞争日趋激烈、技术革新层出不穷的国际市场上,出口企业需要一批能干的、灵活变通的、事业心强的、又能适应于公司新的结构、目标和战略的职员。因而,一个公司内的人力资源开发,就得在一个广阔的环境中来加以审视,这样,员工个人的技能和专业知识的提高就与公司的职业规划和组织战略休戚相关。为帮助公司迎接九十年代的挑战,培训人员和培训机构需要提供比目前更为广泛的服务,而且更应该注重开发培训个人的才能。
In an increasingly competitive international market with an ever-growing number of technological innovations, exporting companies need a group of capable, flexible, motivated employees who can adapt to the company’s new structure, goals and strategies. Therefore, the development of human resources in a company must be examined in a broad environment. In this way, the improvement of employees’ individual skills and professional knowledge is closely related to the company’s career planning and organizational strategy. To help companies meet the challenges of the 1990s, trainers and training institutions need to provide more extensive services than they currently have, and they should focus more on developing and training individual talents.
