广东电视台首届“创意广告周”日前圆满落幕,在为期一周的活动中,广东电视台广告部组织了多场专业讲座以及国内外创意广告欣赏专场,并征集了不少有创意的广告经营好点子。广东电视台广告部去年进行了经营模式的转变,从自主经营转向依靠市场力量的经营模式,但从业人员素质和管理水平与市场发展仍有距离。广东电视台广告部负责人张志斌希望以‘创意广告周’为契机,从中寻求将节目、平台、媒体相结合的方式并在经营中加以利用,提高合作公司和相关从业人员的工作水平。
The first “Creative Advertising Week” of Guangdong TV Station ended recently. During the week-long activity, the advertising department of Guangdong TV Station organized a number of professional lectures and creative advertising specials both at home and abroad, and solicited a lot of innovative advertising management ideas. Last year, the advertising department of Guangdong Television shifted its business model from independent operation to business model relying on market forces. However, there is still a gap between the quality of employees and the management level and market development. Zhang Zhibin, head of the advertising department of Guangdong Television, hopes to use ’Creative Advertising Week’ as an opportunity to seek ways to combine programs, platforms and media and make use of it in business so as to raise the standard of work of the cooperative companies and relevant employees.
