对于不同黄酒产品,不熟悉或不甚了解的人,均以为差不多,区别不出来谁好谁孬,以至于很大程度上,消费者对好品牌与普通品牌黄酒良莠不分,这种由于客观上和主观上造成的产品同质化的现象,严重制约了黄酒价格空间的拓展。由于各企业之间的生产品质不同而引发的生产成本相差甚大,致使各品牌黄酒在竞争过程中,埋下了不公平竞争甚至是恶意竞争的潜因,有些甚至出现刺刀见红的惨状,长期如此,黄酒业要大发展,前景不容乐观。如何解决这个难题,我个人以为,消除同质化,凸显个性化,以品质立身,打品牌立位,好品不怕价贵。
