为了探索按耐久性、工作性设计的泵送混凝土配合比,本文依据现行规范,应用“全计算法”的体积模型和关系式,通过用“胶材用量”、“浆体体积”、“干砂浆体积”代表水胶比、浆骨比、砂石比参数,建立了混凝土中石子、砂、水和胶凝材料各组份之间的联系,提出一种基于规范的泵送混凝土配合比“选择计算法”。该方法具有简捷、易学、适用的特点。试验表明:该方法设计的泵送混凝土配合比的耐久性、工作性指标与期望值具有良好的一致性。
