多头螺纹环规加工工艺的难度要求比单头螺纹环规大得多。因为通常多头螺纹的导程较大,热处理变形不容易控制,加工过程中的测量比较困难,而且增加了螺纹的分头精度。我厂加工多头螺纹环规的工艺过程是:车螺纹内径中径,留研磨余量;其余各部位车到尺寸→铣去不完全齿→热处理→研磨内径,中径→磨两平面→蚀标记。其中,车削螺纹的关键有两点:①螺纹中径和内径所留的研磨余量大小必须适当,②螺纹的分头要准确。如果车加工对所留余量太大则为以后的研磨造成困难。若余量太小,由热处理产生的变形而不能够保证将螺纹齿形完全研磨出。根据我厂加工的经验,对于梯形螺纹按其基本尺寸和螺距大小应留的研磨量如下表所示。

If the car left over the amount of too much for the subsequent grinding caused difficulties. If the margin is too small, the deformation caused by the heat treatment can not guarantee that the thread profile will be completely ground. According to my factory processing experience, for trapezoidal thread according to its basic size and pitch size should be left in the grinding amount as shown in the following table.
