Objective: This paper uses data mining methods to study the correlation between soil trace elements and leukemia. Methods: The CFS-Adaboost algorithm was used to study the correlation between the statistical data of leukemia mortality and the content of trace elements in soil in 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. Results: Thirteen kinds of trace elements were found to be associated with leukemia from 29 kinds of trace elements. Among them, the correlation between As and As was obvious. Based on the 13 trace elements, a mathematical model of the lethality of trace elements and leukemia in soil was established. The prediction accuracy of this model can reach 89.7%. CONCLUSION: The content of trace elements in soil is related to leukemia. The content of arsenic (As) is closely related to the mortality of leukemia. This is consistent with the reported effect of arsenic and arsenic in the treatment of leukemia in recent years. The above study found that it can provide a reference for the study of the relationship between trace elements and leukemia in soil, which has certain significance for the prevention and treatment of leukemia.
