学生在学习中充满了各种各样的浮躁与不踏实,作为老师为了激发学生学习兴趣、提高学生接受新知识的能力,在课下充分研究教材备足教案,课上也是兢兢业业。但是在真正的考核过程中却收效不明显,其实作为老师不仅要在课上下工夫,还要在学生学习方法与习惯上也要下工夫。让学生主动去学而不是被动接受,主动去探索而不是强硬灌输,主动发现问题而不是一味地更正错误。
