我所用玻璃钢制造了螺旋选矿机,在其工作面涂上聚氨酯橡胶和铸石粉。用该机选别攀枝花磁选尾矿,获得的指标优于铸铁螺旋选矿机。试料的矿物以钛铁矿为主,还有少量的磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿、硫钴矿、硫钴镍矿以及钛磁铁矿等;主要的脉石矿物是钛辉石、斜长石等。试料中,钛铁矿的解离度为82~84%。钛磁铁矿、钛辉石、斜长石解离度分别为54.6~58.0%、87~89%、88.5~91.5%。0.2~0.074毫米粒级金属(TiO_2)占有率73.29%。
The fiberglass I made used the spiral concentrator, coated with polyurethane rubber and cast stone powder on its face. Panzhihua use this machine sorting magnetic tailings, the indicators obtained better than cast iron spiral concentrator. Samples of ilmenite-based minerals, as well as a small amount of pyrrhotite, pyrite, chalcocite, sulfur cobalt nickel ore and titanium magnetite; the main gangue minerals are titanium pyroxene, oblique Feldspar and so on. In the sample, the dissociation degree of ilmenite is 82 to 84%. The dissociation degrees of titanomagnetite, titanaugite and plagioclase are 54.6-58.0%, 87-89% and 88.5-91.5%, respectively. The occupancy rate of 0.2 ~ 0.074 mm size metal (TiO_2) was 73.29%.
