基于有限元方法,研究了复合材料蜂窝夹芯板斜接式挖补修理的稳定性问题。利用商用有限元分析软件MSC.Patran/Nastran和蜂窝夹芯等效方法,建立了蜂窝夹芯板斜接式挖补修理结构稳定性三维有限元分析模型。并通过大量的数值算例,拟合得到了不同挖补角度以及胶层厚度对蜂窝夹芯板斜接式挖补修理结构屈曲特征值的影响规律。
Based on the finite element method, the stability problem of the miter sandwich repair of composite honeycomb sandwich panels was studied. By using the commercial finite element analysis software MSC.Patran / Nastran and the honeycomb sandwich equivalent method, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the structural stability of the honeycomb sandwich panel miter repairing and repairing is established. And through a large number of numerical examples, the influence rules of different digging angles and the thickness of the rubber layer on the buckling eigenvalues of the miter sandwich repair and repair structures of honeycomb sandwich panels are obtained.
