单件小批生产方式条件下的工序质量控制问题,一直是生产过程质量控制的难点。如何在现有的统计质量控制方法基础上,结合单件少批生产方式的特点,系统地提出适用于此种生产组织方式的工序技师质量控制方法,是一种有益的尝试。本文以某企业冲压件(多种产品)的工序质量控制为例,对原始数据进行了转换处理,使多品种产品数据得以在统一口径下进行运算、处理。实践证明本文提出的方法符合冲压工序运行的实际,有较强的实用性。
The problem of process quality control under the mode of single piece and small batch production has always been the difficulty of quality control in the production process. Based on the existing methods of statistical quality control and combining with the characteristics of single-batch and small-batch production, it is a beneficial attempt to systematically put forward the quality control methods for process technicians suitable for such production organization. In this paper, the quality control of stamping parts (a variety of products) in an enterprise is taken as an example to convert and process the raw data so that the data of a variety of products can be processed and processed under a unified caliber. Practice has proved that the method proposed in this paper in line with the actual operation of the stamping process, a strong practicality.
