该试验楼建筑面积990米~2,共四层,底层层高4米,其他各层均为3.6米,纵向柱网为7.2米的三跨,横向为5.4米二跨(图1)。试验楼按轻工业厂房设计,第二层楼面设计荷载为1000公斤/米~2,第三、四层各为700公斤/米~2,屋面为450公斤/米~2。基础采用200号钢筋混凝土杯形基础,地基为I类场地土,容许承载力为20吨/米~2。主体结构为全装配式板柱结构,沿楼板平面两个轴线方向的明槽设置钢铰线,用预应力使板柱连接,形成一个整体空间框架。围护结构及隔墙用水泥煤渣空心砌块砌筑。
The experimental building has a building area of 990 meters to 2, a total of four floors, the bottom floor is 4 meters high, the other floors are all 3.6 meters, the vertical column net is 7.2 meters three spans, and the horizontal is 5.4 meters two spans (Figure 1). The test building is designed as a light industrial plant. The design load for the second floor is 1000 kg/m2, the third and fourth floors are 700 kg/m2, and the roof is 450 kg/m2. Based on the 200th reinforced concrete cup foundation, the foundation is Class I site soil and the allowable bearing capacity is 20 tons/meter~2. The main structure is a fully assembled plate column structure. Steel hinge lines are arranged along open grooves in the two axis directions of the floor plane, and the plate columns are connected by prestressing to form an overall space frame. The building envelope and partition wall are built with cement cinder hollow block.
