政府统计数据是中央和地方各级党委政府宏观管理及决策的重要依据。数据质量高低,不但关乎政府统计的公信力,更重要的是关乎中央和地方对经济社会发展能否作出科学地判断与决策。万丈高楼平地起,提高数据质量必须从基层抓起,着力提高基层统计能力,强其根固其本,这样就抓住了提高政府统计数据质量的牛鼻子。笔者长期从事基层统计工作,所见、所闻、所思,流之于笔,旨在为统计工作的理论研究和工作实践提供一点有益的借鉴。 Government statistics are an important basis for the macro-management and decision-making of party committees and governments at all levels at the central and local levels. The quality of data is not only about the credibility of government statistics, but more importantly, whether the central government and local governments can make scientific judgments and decisions on economic and social development. In order to improve the quality of data, we must start from the grassroots level, make every effort to improve grassroots statistics ability and strengthen its root cause so that we can seize the opportunity to improve the quality of government statistics. The author has long been engaged in statistics at the grass-roots level, what I saw, what I heard, what I thought and what I wanted to do with the pen was designed to provide some useful reference for the theoretical research and work practice of statistical work.
