目的:建立盐酸克伦特罗(CBL)小鼠慢性中毒模型,研究其在小鼠毛发、肝肾和肌肉中分布的关系。方法:按1mg·kg·bw给予实验小鼠盐酸克伦特罗水溶液,灌胃30d,从第9d开始采集样本,运用衍生化法和气/质联用技术对样本中盐酸克伦特罗残留量进行定性和定量分析。结果:慢性中毒小鼠毛发、肝肾和肌肉中盐酸克伦特罗残留量按浓度大小依次为:毛发>肝肾>肌肉。结论:盐酸克伦特罗大量残留在毛发当中,对于盐酸克伦特罗残留量的检测极有意义。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a chronic poisoning model of clenbuterol (CBL) mice and study its distribution in mouse hair, liver, kidney and muscle. Methods: The experimental mice were given clenbuterol aqueous solution at 1 mg · kg · bw for 30 days. Samples were collected from the 9th day. The residuals of clenbuterol hydrochloride in the samples were determined by derivatization and GC / MS. Qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results: The residual clenbuterol in the hair, liver, kidney and muscle of chronic poisoning mice were, in order of concentration, in order of hair, liver, kidney and muscle. CONCLUSION: Clenbuterol remains in the hair in large quantities and is of great significance for the determination of clenbuterol residues.
