课程背景“跨栏”在高中《体育与健身》教材中属于拓展课程内容,因安全问题,大部分学校都不作落实。但“跨栏”教学,能有效地发展学生的速度、灵敏和柔韧等身体素质,改善中枢神经系统功能,培养克服困难和勇敢、顽强的精神。还能提高日常生活中突发情况下跨越障碍的能力。因此,我尝试着把“跨栏”作为本学期的拓展内容,安排了4课时,本次课是第一课时。
Course Background “Hurdle ” in the high school “Physical Education and Fitness” textbook is to expand the course content, due to safety issues, most schools are not to implement. However, “hurdle” teaching can effectively develop students’ physical quality such as speed, sensitivity and flexibility, improve the function of the central nervous system, and cultivate the spirit of overcoming difficulties and being brave and tenacious. It also increases the ability to cross obstacles in unexpected situations in everyday life. Therefore, I try to “hurdle” as an extension of this semester, arranged for 4 classes, this class is the first class hour.
