介绍以砧镫关节重建术治疗听骨链病变24例。术后语言频率气导听力提高及气骨导差明显缩小者22例,有效率为92％。提出了手术适应证和注意事项。
Introduction of anvil 镫 joint reconstruction for the treatment of ossicular chain disease in 24 cases. Twenty-two patients had an improved hearing-induced speech frequency and a significant decrease in air-conduction difference. The effective rate was 92%. Put forward the surgical indications and precautions.
