随着绿色渔业概念的提出和不断深入人心,实施无公害水产食品生产基地建设计划已成为业界的普遍认识和发展思路。但是,当前人们正在进行的努力或者说工作重点似乎还都集中在一地一场的“无公害水产品生产基地”的认定上。笔者认为,在今后一个时期要统筹规划集中力量实施“沿黄绿 With the introduction of the concept of green fishery and the ever-increasing popularity among people, implementing the construction plan of a pollution-free aquatic food production base has become a common understanding and development of the industry. However, the ongoing efforts or priorities of the people seem to have focused on the identification of “pollution-free aquatic products production bases” one after another. In my opinion, in the coming period, we should make overall planning and concentrate on the implementation of “the Yellow-green.”
