Example: A factory’s product is a tight commodity in the market, and some of the over-produced products are sold by the company. With the approval of the factory manager, a batch of products are sold at a parity price to a collective unit. The collective unit also sells at a bargain price and makes a large sum of money. Some said that the factory manager would certainly sell these products at a flat price to the unit. What are the benefits?
