在我国教育体系中,小学低年级是非常重要的一个阶段,因为在这个阶段的学生处于心理和生理迅速发展的时期,来自外界的各种思想都可能影响其情感的发展和性格的发展。小学低年级教育与其他阶段的教育相比具有活泼性和感染性,外部的因素更能影响学生人生观和世界观的形成。此外,小学低年级的教育对学生的想象力、语言驾驭能力、思维能力的形成与发展也起着至关重要的作用。因此,小学低年级班主任做好班级管理工作,是非常重要且有必要的。但是通过我国小学低年级班主任管理工作水平的现状,可以看到目前依然存在着教师单纯灌输知识、班主任管理方法单一的情况,在小学低年级课堂上,老师毫无情感艺术的投入,根本无法引起小学生的学习兴趣,使课堂变得枯燥无味。但随着课改的不断发展与深入,小学低年级课堂上也越来越广泛地应用情感教育。
