如何应对日趋激烈的市场竞争,企业绩效管理是其中非常关键的因素之一。本文通过对绩效管理的流程进行概要总结,在此基础上分析了我国绩效管理有效性缺乏的现状,提出了设计有效绩效管理系统的相关建议以及保证绩效管理体系有效实施需要注意的问题。
How to deal with the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprise performance management is one of the most critical factors. Based on the summary of the performance management process, this paper analyzes the current situation of the lack of effectiveness of performance management in our country, puts forward some suggestions to design an effective performance management system and the problems that need to pay attention to to ensure the effective implementation of the performance management system.
