研究了第三周期单组分催化剂对温天然气中乙烷氧化脱氢反应的影响,发现MgO对乙烷脱氢有较好的活性,在700℃时,C2H4选择性达41.85%,收率达18.75%。考察了催化剂酸碱性对反应的影响,适当碱性的催化剂有利于反应的进行,第三周期单组分催化剂活性顺序与碱性大小顺序相一致为MgO>Al2O3>SiO2。催化剂活性顺序与其晶格氧流动性有顺应关系。
The effect of the third-cycle single-component catalyst on the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane in warm natural gas was studied. It was found that MgO had a good activity for the dehydrogenation of ethane. At 700 ℃, the C2H4 selectivity reached 41.85% Rate of 18.75%. The influence of the acidity and basicity of the catalyst on the reaction was investigated. The suitable basic catalyst was conducive to the reaction. The order of the third cycle single component catalysts was in the order of MgO> Al2O3> SiO2. The order of the catalyst activity is in accordance with the lattice oxygen mobility.
