目的:探讨渗透树脂治疗人工脱矿乳牙釉质早期龋对其釉质显微硬度的影响。方法:选取5~7岁儿童因滞留拔除的无龋下颌乳中切牙21颗,制备人工脱矿釉质模型后,随机将其分为空白对照组、脱矿组、渗透树脂治疗组,每组7个样本,采用显微硬度测试仪测量各组牙釉质显微硬度,观察釉质显微硬度的变化。结果:空白对照组、渗透树脂治疗组牙釉质表面显微硬度明显高于脱矿组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);渗透树脂治疗组显微硬度低于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:乳牙釉质脱矿后牙釉质表面显微硬度降低,渗透树脂治疗釉质脱矿可提高牙釉质表面的显微硬度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of infiltration resin on the enamel microhardness of artificial demineralized enamel enamel. Methods: 21 children aged 5 to 7 years old, including 21 cases of caries-free mandibular central incisors, were divided into three groups: control group, demineralization group and infiltration resin group. Each group 7 samples were measured by microhardness tester enamel microhardness of each group to observe the enamel microhardness changes. Results: The microhardness of the enamel surface of the blank control group and the infiltration resin treatment group was significantly higher than that of the demineralization group (P <0.01). The microhardness of the resin-treated group was lower than that of the blank control group, and the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: The microhardness of enamel surface after decalcification of deciduous enamel is decreased. Enamel demineralization with enamel resin can improve the microhardness of enamel surface.
