4(S)—Lactivicin衍生物为一类具有广谱抗菌活性的非典型内酰胺抗生素。为了研究Lactivicin的侧链构型对抗菌活性的影响,采用D—丝氨酸和DL—丝氨酸为原料,合成了十六个4(R)和4(RS)—Lactivicin衍生物,并同4(S)—Lactivicin衍生物进行体外抑菌活性的研究。结果表明,4(R)和4(RS)—Lactivicin都显示广谱抗菌活性。
4 (S) -Lactivicin derivatives are a class of atypical lactam antibiotics with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. Sixteen 4 (R) and 4 (RS) -Lactivicin derivatives were synthesized using D-serine and DL-serine as starting materials in order to study the effect of side chain configuration of Lactivicin on antibacterial activity. -Lactivicin derivatives in vitro antibacterial activity. The results showed that both 4 (R) and 4 (RS) -Lactivicin showed broad spectrum antibacterial activity.
