用~(51)Cr释放试验检测93例鼻咽癌病人和83例正常人外周血自然杀伤细胞活性,其裂解K_(562)肿瘤靶细胞率分别为58±18.0%和54.0±12.8%。两组间没有明显差异。31例鼻咽癌病人同时检测了血清EB病毒VCA—IgA抗体滴度,分析了病期、肿瘤转移和EB病毒VCA—IgA抗体滴度与病人NK细胞活性的关系。结果表明。病期和肿瘤转移对鼻咽癌病人的NK细胞活性和EB病毒VCA—IgA抗体滴度之间有正相关关系。本文结果支持EB病毒感染可以提高病人NK细胞活性的推测。
The ~(51)Cr release assay was used to detect the activity of natural killer cells in 93 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 83 cases of normal people. The rate of target cells lysing K_(562) tumors was 58±18.0% and 54.0±12.8%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The serum EB virus VCA-IgA antibody titer was detected in 31 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The relationship between the disease stage, tumor metastasis, and the titers of EB virus VCA-IgA antibody was also analyzed. The results show. There was a positive correlation between NK cell activity and EB virus VCA-IgA antibody titer in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma at the stage of disease and tumor metastasis. The results of this study support the hypothesis that EB virus infection can increase the activity of NK cells in patients.
