本文根据国内外最近对准晶态金属的研究结果,综述了准晶态金属的形貌、成分及结构衍射特征;分析了准晶态金属的制取方法、热稳定性以及与合金成分的关系;介绍了准晶态金属的三种结构模型(拼砖模型、投影模型及质量密度波模型)、性能和先进试验方法。结果认为,准晶态金属作为一种新的金属固态出现,具有重大而深远的意义,但它与晶态、非晶态金属相比,还有许多尚待解决的问题,必须抓紧时机深入开展研究工作。
In this paper, based on the results of recent research on the alignment of crystalline metals at home and abroad, the morphology, composition and diffraction characteristics of quasicrystalline metals are reviewed. The preparation methods, thermal stability and the relationship with the composition of quasicrystalline metals The three structural models of quasicrystalline metals (tile model, projection model and mass density wave model), performance and advanced test methods are introduced. The results show that the quasicrystalline metal as a new metal solid appears, of great and far-reaching significance, but it is compared with the crystalline, amorphous metal, there are many problems that remain to be solved, we must seize the opportunity to carry out in-depth research work.
