采用Westphal的热酚-水法及高速离心法从霍乱弧菌569B等菌株中提取脂多糖,用血凝法测其效价。并以提取的脂多糖刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞诱生肿瘤坏死因子的能力测其生物学活性。实验表明霍乱弧菌569B菌株的脂多糖有较强的诱生肿瘤坏死因子的能力,而且其血凝效价也较高。
The lipopolysaccharide was extracted from Vibrio cholerae 569B by hot water method and high-speed centrifugation by Westphal, and its titer was measured by hemagglutination. The biological activities of the lipopolysaccharide-induced murine peritoneal macrophages induced tumor necrosis factor were measured. Experiments show that Vibrio cholerae 569B strains of lipopolysaccharide have a strong ability to induce tumor necrosis factor, and its high blood coagulation titer.
