1993～1995年，我们采用自制升降式褥疮防治床对52例长期卧床病人进行观察，效果良好，现报道如下。临床资料：男32例，女20例；年龄18～68岁。颈椎损伤10例（伴高位截瘫8例），腰椎损伤22例（伴截瘫4例），骨盆骨折11例，其它严重创伤并多发骨折9例。其中行椎管探查术12例，颈
From 1993 to 1995, we observed 52 patients with long-term bed rest using a self-made lifting acne control bed. The results were good and are reported below. Clinical data: 32 males and 20 females; aged 18 to 68 years old. There were 10 cases of cervical spine injury (8 cases with high paraplegia), 22 cases of lumbar spine injury (4 cases with paraplegia), 11 cases of pelvic fractures, and 9 cases of other severe trauma and multiple fractures. Among them, 12 cases of spinal canal exploration were performed.
