目的:优选簕菜胶囊的成型工艺条件。方法:以吸湿性、临界相对湿度(CRH)、休止角、堆密度等为指标,筛选簕菜胶囊处方,采用ABTS和DPPH考察簕菜胶囊的清除自由基能力。结果:选用二氧化硅、磷酸氢钙、β-环糊精(β-CD)与预分散浸膏复配作为胶囊芯材,最佳处方二氧化硅-磷酸氢钙-β-CD-预分散浸膏质量比1∶1∶1∶1,CRH 81.40%。簕菜胶囊内容物对ABTS和DPPH自由基的IC50分别为2.3,4.9 g·L-1。结论:制备的簕菜胶囊质量稳定,具有较高的抗氧化活性且呈量效关系。
Objective: To optimize the process conditions of Fructus Euratus capsule. Methods: According to hygroscopicity, critical relative humidity (CRH), angle of repose, bulk density, etc., the prescription of subequalis capsule was screened. ABTS and DPPH were used to evaluate the scavenging free radical capacity of suberectum. RESULTS: Silica, dicalcium phosphate, β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and pre-dispersed extract were used as the core material of capsules. The best prescription of silica-calcium hydrogen phosphate-β-CD- Extract mass ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1, CRH 81.40%. The contents of Aspirin capsule on ABTS and DPPH free radicals IC50 were 2.3,4.9 g · L-1. CONCLUSION: The prepared capsule is of stable quality, has high antioxidant activity and has a dose-effect relationship.
