本文通过面铣刀具轴向跳动量对工件表面粗糙度和刀片寿命影响的应用研究,进而建立面铣刀具轴向跳动控制的依据.通过面铣加工粗糙度数学模型的建立,采用单齿、对齿及满齿的面铣加工切削实验,对所获得的工件表面粗糙度和刀片寿命进行实验分析.结果表明:刀具每齿进给量fz对工件表面粗糙度Ra有直接的影响,工件表面粗糙度Ra随刀具每齿进给量fz的减小而减小.且在刀片修光刃长度bs≥fz×z情况下,当刀具轴向跳动量H≥0.02 mm时,刀具轴向跳动量对加工后的工件表面粗糙度值基本没有影响;当刀具轴向跳动量H≥0.03 mm时,会对面铣刀具寿命产生较为显著的影响.,Based on the application research on the effect of axial run-out of face milling cutter on surface roughness of workpiece and insert lifetime,a basis for the control of axial run-out of face milling cutter was established in this paper.By building roughness mathematical model in face milling processing and adopting the single tooth,double teeth and fullcapacity of teeth in face milling cutting experiment,the experimental analysis of the surface roughness of the workpiece and the life of the insert was carried out.Results show that the feel per toothfz has a direct effect on the surface roughness Ra of the workpiece,and the surface roughness of the workpiece decreases with the decrease of the feed fz for each tooth.Under the circumstance that value of wiper edge length bs is more than fz ×z,when the cutting value of the cutting tool H is more than 0.02 mm,axial run-out has no effect on surface roughness value of the processed workpiece.When the value of axis run-out is greater than or equal to 0.03 mm,it has a significant effect on milling cutter’s tool life.
