风扇系发动机冷却系统主要部件之一。风冷发动机直接采用空气作为冷却介质,并采用风扇使高速气流吹过散热表面,带走散出的热量进行强制冷却;水冷发动机以散热器散发热量,借助风扇强制通风进行冷却。一、风扇的结构形式与特点 1.轴流风扇用厚度为1~2mm钢板冲制而成,制造容易,叶片一般为4~6个,已用在功率为514.7kW的发动机中,是目前使用最多的风扇。有:(1)多叶高速式,各叶片夹角不等,能减少噪声;(2)叶片前端弯曲式,在相同结构参数下,可使风量、效率、噪声得到改善;(3)用塑料注塑或铝合金制造,其叶片形状合理、效率高,但工艺较复杂。
