目前很多队的生产实践证明,在中硬地层钻进,简化井身结构,采用小口径钻进,以及强化钻进措施,可以提高钻进速度,加快勘探进程,节约大量钢材。但因小径岩心管(Ф89、Ф73)的供应缺乏,影响了这一成熟经验的广泛推行。其次,目前供应的小径管材的管壁太薄(t=3.75—4毫米),在快速钻进过程中,尚存在一些较严重的缺点:1.丝扣强度小,经常发生滑扣、掉钻头等事故。2.岩心管容易弯曲。
At present, the production practice of many teams has proved that drilling in medium-hard formations, simplifying the structure of wellbore, adopting small-diameter drilling and strengthening drilling measures can increase the drilling speed, speed up the exploration process and save a large amount of steel. However, the lack of supply of small-diameter core pipes (Ф89, Ф73) has affected the widespread implementation of this mature experience. Secondly, the pipe wall of the small diameter pipe currently supplied is too thin (t = 3.75-4 mm), and some serious shortcomings still exist in the rapid drilling process: 1. Threaded strength is small, often occur skid, off bit accidents. 2. Core tube is easy to bend.
