目的:分析和探讨流程管理在心血管内科病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选择从2015年1月~2016年6月在金华市人民医院接受住院治疗的心血管内科患者120例,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例,两组均配备32例护理人员。病房护理管理对照组运用常规管理,观察组运用流程管理。对两组患者对各项护理工作的评分进行观察和比较。结果:观察组患者对入院安排及注意事讲解的评分为9.39分,对照组为7.66分,观察组对治疗过程说明的评分为9.38分,对照组为7.79分,观察组对各项观察指标的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管内科病房护理管理运用流程管理,可显著提升患者对各项护理工作的评价。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the application of process management in the nursing management of cardiovascular ward. Methods: From January 2015 to June 2016 in Jinhua People’s Hospital, 120 cases of cardiovascular patients admitted to hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group, both groups Equipped with 32 nurses.
