介绍一种基于单片机控制的超声驱动电火花加工伺服系统。阐述了其控制的基本原理,驱动脉冲产生的方法,并成功地进行了加工实验。该系统较传统的微机控制系统体积小,成本低,为进行超声驱动的群控提供了一种简便的方法。
A kind of ultrasonic driven EDM servo system based on single chip microcomputer is introduced. The basic principle of its control, the method of driving pulse generation and its successful processing experiment are described. Compared with the traditional microcomputer control system, the system is small in size and low in cost, and provides a convenient method for group control of ultrasonic driving.
