本文报道14种甘草黄酮类化合物和3种三萜类化合物对4种活性氧的清除效应。胀果香豆素A对超氧阴离子自由基(O2)的清除效应最显著。光甘草酮和甘草查尔酮A对H2O2溶血的抑制效应最明显。有10个黄酮类化合物明显对抗血卟啉衍生物(HPD)的光溶血。甘草查尔酮A和4’-甲氧基-4-羟基查尔酮对羟自由基(OH)的清除作用最为显著。甘草酸和甘草次酸没有对抗O2和HPD的光溶血效应,但明显抑制H2O2溶血。
This paper reports the scavenging effects of 14 active oxygen species from licorice flavonoids and 3 triterpenoids. The swelling effect of coumarin A on the superoxide anion radical (O2) was the most significant. The inhibitory effects of light glycyrrhizin and licorice chalcone A on hemolysis of H2O2 are most pronounced. Ten flavonoids were clearly resistant to photohemolysis of the hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD). The scavenging effect of licorice Chalcone A and 4'-methoxy-4-hydroxychalcone on hydroxyl radical (OH) is most pronounced. Glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid had no photolytic effect against O2 and HPD but significantly inhibited H2O2 hemolysis.
