为探讨立定跳板跳水起跳动作协调性规律,采用文献资料法、影像分析法、数理统计法等方法,对国内7名健将级跳板跳水运动员的起跳动作协调性进行了分析,结果显示7名运动员“膝-髋”第一、第二角速度峰值时间差的均值分别为(0.004±0.005)s、(-0.019±0.012)s,“肩-髋”第一、第二角速度峰值时间差的均值分别为(-0.093±0.066)s、(-0.144±0.042)s。“髋-膝”关节协调性特点基本表现为同步性,“肩-髋”关节协调性特点基本表现为顺序性。
In order to study the coordination regularity of the take-off action of standing jump board diving, this paper analyzed the take-off coordination of 7 domestic boarding stage diving athletes by literature, image analysis and mathematical statistics.
