化学回热燃气轮机循环(CRGT)是借助燃料蒸汽转化反应的强吸热特性,回收透平排气余热以提高燃料效率,起到节能、减排的双重功效。针对CRGT研究的需要,开发出燃料蒸汽转化实验系统。它是典型的管式固定床催化反应装置,功能齐全,扩充性强,还可作为串联反应器进行多级反应试验或加装分离膜作为膜反应器应用。实验台可模拟燃气轮机运行各工况状态,对气态或液态燃料进行蒸汽转化的各种工艺流程测试;还可开设多个教学实验,培养学生综合能力和科研素质,是教学、科研、技术开发的新实验平台。
Chemical Recuperation Gas Turbine Recycling (CRGT) relies on the strong heat absorption characteristics of the fuel steam reforming reaction to recover the exhaust heat of the turbine exhaust to improve the fuel efficiency, thus achieving the dual effects of energy saving and emission reduction. In response to the needs of CRGT research, a fuel steam reforming experimental system was developed. It is a typical tubular fixed bed catalytic reaction device, full-featured, scalable, but also as a series reactor for multi-stage reaction test or install a separation membrane as a membrane reactor applications. The test bench can simulate various working conditions of the gas turbine running state, the gas or liquid fuel steam conversion process testing; also set up a number of teaching experiments to develop students’ comprehensive ability and quality of scientific research, teaching, scientific research and technology development New experimental platform.
