将苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)内毒素杀虫蛋白基因(简称Bt基因)导入荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens),创建新型微生物农药,在国外已有产品试销。在国内,也已引起广泛重视。本实验室曾运用转座子接合转移技术,将Bt基因导入对小麦全蚀病防治效果显著、并有促进植物生长作用的荧光假单胞菌P303菌株中,构建了兼有杀虫防病作用的工程菌。此后,又运用电激转化技术将带有Bt基因的重组质粒转入P303菌株中,获得了具有杀虫活性的PT410、PT415等工程菌株。
