采用人工接螨 ,测定幼树叶片的主要生理参数 ,同时结合叶螨危害程度不同路段的国槐行道树叶片的生理参数测定结果 ,研究截形叶螨危害对国槐叶片生理的影响。结果表明 ,受叶螨危害叶片中叶绿素含量减少 33.5%~ 53.4% ,光合强度降低 42 .3%~54.5% ,国槐行道树受害叶片的光合强度降低达 74.0 % ;过氧化氢酶活性降低 63.1 %~94.2 % ;气孔传导率下降为 1 9.9%~ 2 2 .0 % ;蒸腾强度也显著下降。由此可见 ,截形叶螨危害致使国槐叶片生理和代谢发生紊乱是造成西安市国槐行道树夏季落叶的内在原因之一。
The physiological parameters of leaves of Sophora japonica Thunb were measured by artificial pick mites and the physiological parameters of leaves of Sophora japonica under different sections of the damage degree of spider mites were studied. The results showed that the leaf chlorophyll content decreased by 33.5% -53.4% and the photosynthetic rate decreased by 42.3% -54.5%. The photosynthetic intensity of the leaves of Sophora japonica trees decreased by 74.0% and the catalase activity decreased by 63.1% ~ 94.2%. Stomatal conductance decreased to 19.9% ~ 22.0%, and transpiration rate also decreased significantly. Thus, the truncated spider mite damage caused by Sophora japonica leaves physiological and metabolic disorders is caused by Xi’an Sophora sidewalk tree deciduous summer one of the underlying causes.
