China Petroleum Institute of Petroleum Engineering, high-power diesel engine intelligence information network, the six turbocharger intelligence information network jointly organized by the “diesel supercharger technology exchange meeting” opened on September 19 in Jinan, September 25 closing, lasted 7 days There were 92 units and 145 delegates attending the meeting, which included the exchange of general meetings, the exchange of small meetings and written exchanges, including 5 meetings and 13 exchange papers, and the exchange of information on supercharger design, strength, Test and supercharger and diesel matching 4 professional group, exchange essay 25. Due to papers, short time, there are still some papers as a written exchange. The paper features of this exchange are: 1. Electronic computing technology in the supercharged System design and research has been widely used, has made some achievements.Such as Shanghai Ship Research Institute and Dongfeng Shipyard collaboration on the 8E350-type diesel engine pressurization system has been studied to improve the calculation, the fuel consumption from 178g / ps.h Down 168g / ps.h and then improve the fuel system and then make the fuel consumption down to 164g / ps.h.2. The application of new theories and test techniques on the structure of some key components, strength, improve the original design, to solve the booster Key parts The amount of issues such as Henan Diesel Engine Factory, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Beijing Institute of Aeronautics and collaborative research to solve the 8160 diesel engine turbocharger inducer fracture.
