目的分析幼儿园保育员健康行为情况及其影响因素,为增进师生健康提供参考。方法随机抽取湖里区58家幼儿园312名保育员,通过面谈收集其健康行为资料,并进行分析。结果每家幼儿园平均有保育员6.1名,每名保育员服务幼儿32人,保育员健康行为平均得分88.9分。传染病知识得分高的主要影响因素为参加工作时间长和有参加过岗前和在岗培训者。结论加强幼儿园保育员健康行为培训,促进幼儿养成良好卫生行为,可减少疾病在幼儿园流行,做到传染病早发现、早报告,防止其暴发和流行。
Objective To analyze the health behaviors of kindergarten nurses and their influencing factors, and provide references for improving the health of teachers and students. Methods A total of 312 nurseries were randomly selected from 58 kindergartens in Huli District. Their health behaviors were collected through interviews and analyzed. Results Each nursery had an average of 6.1 nursery workers, 32 nurseries for each nursery school, and an average of 88.9 points for nursery health behaviors. The main factors influencing the high score of knowledge of infectious diseases are the long working hours and those who participated in pre-job and on-the-job training. Conclusion Strengthening the training of nursery nurses in health behaviors and promoting the development of good health behaviors among young children can reduce the prevalence of diseases in kindergartens and make early detection and early reporting of infectious diseases so as to prevent their outbreak and epidemic.
