采取多阶段分层、整群抽样的方法,在新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)抽取5个师,13559人进行家庭入户健康询问调查,采用单因素分析与多因素logistic回归分析,结果表明:医疗服务需要受到年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、医疗费用负担方式、家庭规模、吸烟等因素的影响。 Taking a multi-stage stratified and cluster sampling method, five divisions and 13559 people were sampled from the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter referred to as the Corps) to conduct household household health questionnaires. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that : Medical services need to be influenced by factors such as age, sex, education level, occupation, marital status, medical expenses, family size and smoking.
