自从1958年Chany等首先报告了腺病毒肺炎的病理变化以来,国内外又有一些报道,认为腺病毒肺炎时在肺泡上皮,支气管粘膜上皮内出现的特异性有诊断意义的核内包函体,具有两种基本形态,一为胞核稍大,周围有一空晕,染色多呈嗜酸性者,另者胞核显著增大,强嗜碱性,无明显空晕,但是这两者之间有什么关系,其性质及意义如何,尚没有明确认识。最近我们对3型、7型腺病毒人胚肾细胞培养进行了免疫酶光学及电子显微镜的研究。获得了一些新的认识,在此基础上,对婴幼儿腺病毒肺炎尸检肺组织内的包含体重新作了光学及免疫组化的研究,试图对上述问题作出回答。

Obtained some new cognition, on this basis, carried on the optical and immunohistochemical study on the contained body weight of the lung tissue of autopsy of infants with adenovirus pneumonia in an attempt to answer the above questions.
